    Annual Enrollment Period: October 15th-Dec 7th

    Special Enrollment Period: may apply with qualifying event throughout the year (turning 65, change in Medicaid eligibility, loss of employer coverage, etc)

    INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY ACA

    Open Enrollment Period: Nov 1st- Dec 15th

    Special Enrollment Period: may apply with qualifying event throughout the year (moving, marriage, turning 26, loss of health coverage, loss of Medicaid eligibility, etc)

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin).

  • Before our scheduled meeting, please have ready:

    -Personal Information (including full names, Social Security numbers and DOB for each family member)

    -Income Details

    -Immigration or Citizenshiop Documents if necessary

    -Preferred Doctors and Medications

    -Payment Method for First Premium

    STEP 1: Apply for Medicare Part A and B on the ssa.gov website

    STEP 2: Once you have Medicare Parts A and B, you can explore coverage options, either by contacting me or reviewing options through Medicare.gov

    STEP 3: After enrollment in the plan that fits your personal needs best, you’ll be all set!
